This Site and app are owned and operated by SHADOW QUEEN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202437946Z) trading as Shadow Queen (referred to in these terms as “Shadow World”, “we”, “us”, and “our”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to all Site and app visitors, subscribers, customers, and other users.

CONSENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using our Site, app, social media channels and any other materials made available to you, you are taken to accept our Terms.

NO MINORS

By using the Site or app or accessing or purchasing any products or services, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Site, app, products and services contain intellectual property owned by us and/or licensed to us. You may not exploit, reproduce, or distribute our Content without permission.

Where you purchase our Digital Products, you are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

After payment for a Digital Product has been confirmed, you will have access via download or app login. All responsibility for maintaining the downloaded copy or app access is transferred to you.

Refunds are not available for Digital Products except where a faulty link or incorrect file is provided.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in USD and inclusive of GST where applicable. Purchases will be charged at the price in force at the time your order is validated.

We offer payment via credit card or other methods shown at checkout. You authorise us to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions (where applicable).

REFUNDS FOR SERVICES

Refunds for services are at our sole discretion. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not use the Site or app to:

engage in unlawful activity;
infringe intellectual property rights;
transmit spam or harmful code;
interfere with our systems or security.

WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

The Site, app and services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any losses (direct, indirect or consequential) arising from your use of the Site, app, products or services.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
